About Our Studio

Our mission is to provide a place to help people in their pursuit of health and fitness. The #1 reason people drop out of gyms is that they feel uncomfortable there.  We wanted to help them overcome that obstacle, so we created a place where people want to work out.  

Our facility is located at the mouth of Carmel, in the Crossroads Shopping Village.  There is lots of free accessible parking, the studio is located in the Mayfair Court at 124 Crossroads Blvd.  

Our studio is set in a sunny courtyard with minimal foot traffic, inside beautiful  bamboo flooring and light greens create a very light and spacious environment to exercise.

Our state of the art facility includes the most up to date comprehensive Stott Pilates equipment offered, with the most knowledgeable instruction available.  We are the only facility to offer Stott Pilates on the Monterey Peninsula.

Our cardiovascular equipment includes spinning bikes, rowing machine, stair machine, elliptical trainer, and treadmills.  We also have a Paramount cable crossover machine with endless variations.  Free weights in every size, elastic tubing, balls, bosu and too many more to name.

Small Group Classes 
Monday 11 AM   Small group apparatus Pilates:   Try our V2 max machines which are a reformer with a Cadillac conversion, arc barrels and chair.   Essential levels.  60 min.

Monday 5:35 PM  Zumba and Kickboxing Combo: 50 minutes of pure cardio mixing Zumba and kickboxing together for the ultimate combination, free weights, tubing etc. follows.  75 min.

Tuesday 7:00 am  Small group apparatus Pilates:  Essential level on the V2 max machines  60 min.

Tuesday 5:35 PM  Don't want to think about the latest, greatest choreograpy?  Check out our Pure Cardio Jam, using the eliptical, treadmill, stairstepper, rowing machine, spinning cycles, ropejumping.   75 m

Wednesday 10 AM  Small group apparatus Pilates: Try our V2 max machines which are a reformer with a Cadillac conversion, arc barrels and chair. Essential levels. 60 min.

Wednesday 5:35 PM  Cardio interval:  Using the spinning bikes, elliptical machine, rowing machine, treadmill, stairstepper,and the jumprope, intervals are 8 min. cardio with resistance training interval.  Great and fast way to really get you in your best shape ever.  75 min.

Thursday 7:00 am  Small group Pilates.  Essential level on the V2 max machines.   60min

Thursday 9:00 am  Small group Pilates:  Intermediate to Advanced Stott Pilates on the V2 max machines.  60 min.

Saturday 8:00 am  Mixed bag, all forms of cardio exercise combined together to give you a great options, never get bored!   60 min.

Saturday 8:30 am  Body sculpting:  Free weights, resistance tubing, bosu balls and Pilates mat make up an amazing body conditioning class.  30 min.

Prices   All evening and Saturday morning classes $25.  If you would like to do more than two class a week               we offer discounted monthy pricing, inquire within.
